goback.in is operated by The Golthi Company ("GoBack", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the goback.in platform — including the website, API, WhatsApp notifications, organizer dashboard, and tribe pages. By accessing or using goback.in in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

There are three types of users on goback.in:

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

GoBack is a two-sided marketplace. We provide the technology and platform infrastructure — we are not a travel agent, tour operator, or party to the contract between a Traveller and an Organizer.

What GoBack does:

The contract for an experience (including payment, cancellation, and liability) is between the Traveller and the Organizer. GoBack is not a party to that contract.

To use certain features of goback.in, you must:

Organizer accounts: Organizers must complete the signup form with a valid email address and WhatsApp number, and activate their account via the confirmation link sent by email. Accounts are issued on a per-organizer basis and are non-transferable.

Traveller interactions: Travellers do not need to create an account to submit interest. However, by submitting interest you provide your name, email, and phone number which are stored and shared with the relevant Organizer.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. GoBack is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials safe.

All users of goback.in agree not to:

GoBack reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for any violation of these rules.

By listing an experience on goback.in, you represent and warrant that:

When you register as an Organizer, GoBack automatically creates a public tribe page at goback.in/tribe/[your-slug]. This page is:

The "Verified Organizer" badge indicates that GoBack has confirmed your email, phone, and identity at registration. It does not constitute an endorsement of the quality or safety of your experiences.

As an Organizer, you accept full responsibility for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoBack, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, fines, or legal costs arising from:

GoBack is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any person in connection with an experience listed on the platform.

Current model: Listing on goback.in is currently free. GoBack does not charge Organizers a commission or listing fee at this time.

GoBack reserves the right to introduce a fee model in the future. If we do, we will:

Organizers are solely responsible for collecting payment from Travellers and for all taxes applicable to their income, including GST if applicable.

By submitting interest in an experience on goback.in, you agree that:

Accuracy: The name, email, and phone number you provide are accurate and belong to you. You will not submit interest on behalf of others without their knowledge.

Intent: Submitting interest is a genuine expression of intent to attend the experience, subject to the Organizer's confirmation. Repeatedly submitting and abandoning interest without reason disrupts Organizers and may result in your contact details being flagged.

Contact: You consent to being contacted by the Organizer via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your spot and discuss experience details.

Participation: You are responsible for assessing whether an experience is suitable for your physical fitness, medical condition, and skill level. GoBack does not make these assessments on your behalf.

Payment: Any payment made to an Organizer is a direct transaction between you and them. GoBack is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or non-delivery of experiences.

Outdoor and adventure experiences carry inherent risks including — but not limited to — physical injury, illness, adverse weather, equipment failure, and remote location hazards.

By participating in any experience discovered through goback.in, you acknowledge and accept:

This does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 in relation to the Organizer.

Goback.in does not currently process payments. As such:

If you believe an Organizer has acted fraudulently or in bad faith, contact us at connect@goback.in. We will review the case and may suspend the Organizer's account.

GoBack's intellectual property: The goback.in brand, logo, design, code, and all platform content created by GoBack is owned by The Golthi Company. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use any part of it without written permission.

User-generated content: Content uploaded by Organizers (experience photos, descriptions, listings) remains the Organizer's intellectual property. By uploading it, you grant GoBack a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and promote it in connection with operating and marketing the platform.

Prohibited content: Users may not upload content that:

GoBack may remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

Platform provided "as is": GoBack provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

No liability for experiences: GoBack is not liable for any loss, injury, death, damage, or disappointment arising from any experience listed on the platform. Our liability is limited to the operation of the platform itself.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GoBack's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to ₹5,000 (five thousand rupees), or the amount directly paid to GoBack by that user in connection with the relevant transaction, whichever is lower.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud or personal injury caused by GoBack's negligence.

No endorsement: The presence of a listing on goback.in does not constitute GoBack's endorsement or recommendation of any Organizer or experience.

GoBack may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

Organizers: Upon termination, your tribe page and all listings will be unpublished. You remain responsible for any confirmed Traveller bookings that existed at the time of termination.

Travellers: Upon termination, your submitted interest records may be retained for the period described in the Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your use at any time by emailing connect@goback.in. Organizers may request full account deletion; data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.

GoBack is a marketplace. Disputes between Travellers and Organizers (including refunds, safety complaints, or misrepresentation) are primarily the responsibility of those two parties to resolve.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

GoBack may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our business model, or the platform's features. When we make material changes, we will:

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform.
